Electric Paper Ltd Sustainability Policy

We recognise the need to manage our operations on a sustainable basis and that creating a more sustainable future is the responsibility of us all.

In our Survey Scanning Operations we scan over one million surveys per annum. Every survey we scan and all paper generated in running the overall business is ultimately recycled. Through this effort we have saved over 90 trees since 2011.

It is with that in mind that this policy has been formulated. It will be reviewed annually, made available to the public and communicated to all staff at the company.


Electric Paper aims to develop and implement mechanisms and systems to:

  • Encourage sustainable travel practices by staff.
  • Encourage and demonstrate sustainable approaches to paper handling in our scanning operations (e.g. request our customers use recycled paper and use our recycling services)
  • Consider sustainability in the procurement of goods and services.
  • Comply with legal and other requirements.
  • Promote environmentally responsible behaviours throughout the organisation.
  • Set, monitor, and review relevant objectives and demonstrate continuous improvement.
